Going through the various motions of training, at the end of it all, you certainly need to take home more than what you brought.  Being 20 something, brings with it the sense of quiet desperation to make something of yourself. While waiting patiently   (or not) for “your time” let’s do a modest self assessment…

-      What is your passion or zeal, so to speak?  It is common awareness that it is hard to be passionate and committed to doing work that does not utilize your natural talents and your personal competitive advantage.  You ought to know by now how important it is to do the work you were cut out to do.

-      How would you rate your writing skills? As a young professional… sure… you would be corresponding or more often e-mailing (sans text message slang) and putting together concise reports before long. Do you need to spruce up your writing skills?

-      Communication….the big “C”. As imperative as the  former, excellent communication skill is a must have and your golden ticket to “getting there”.

-      to close, are you happy with what you have accomplished?    …the answer to this question, in all certainty, needs to be a resounding “yes”!

This is just the tip of the iceberg…before long you would be catapulting to greatness.
